Our strength is in the quality of individuals who enter the realm of our legal practice. Currenty, our Advocates participate in seminars and talks with professional groups and more so as they present papers and articles.

We provide a budget for the training and refresher courses for our Advocates. All seminars that lead to the earning of credits issued by Council for Legal Education are fully catered for by the firm inclusive of travelling and other out of pocket expenses.

We value the service rendered to our clients. For our Advocates to better serve them, we take it upon ourselves to pay the fees for renewal of their practicing certificates. Our Advocates are sure to always have valid practicing certificates. The Firm is upheld on four cornerstones as a Legal Service Provider; which is that to the Client, the Firm’s Advocates have to be always Able, Available, Affable and Affordable.

As young lawyers, pupils at Simba and Simba assume significant responsibility when they come on board. They get to work directly with clients gaining early exposure and experience. They practice what they have learnt in an accommodating environment. They make contributions, all of which are valued, and receive prompt and supportive feedback.

All legal theory learnt comes on to fertile ground to grow at our law firm. We train in all aspects of the law. We build on the foundation of the law degree by infusing the wealth of experience of their seasoned seniors.

We develop analytical legal thinking, writing skills, client counselling and service all alongside the syllabus and guidelines provided by the Kenya School of Law

We provide the forum for pupils to learn and have a practical feel of all areas of law to firmly ground them to launch a career in law.

This programme offers first and second year students an on-contact opportunity to familiarize themselves with the rewards and rigours of pursuing a career in law.

Principally, interns at Simba and Simba receive foundation training to sharpen their legal instincts as they wait to come into the practise. To get a feel of the workings of a law firm.

They’re better trained as they work in rotation with our Advocates each of which shall have imparted at least a speck of wisdom at the end of the programme. This further provides an opportunity mentorship.
